J1 .."mouth watering" I think eye watering is more an apt description for the long term holders who are crying over their watered down holdings.

IMO the delay has nothing to do with a standard CR. PS has already hinted at a partnership or relinquishing rights so I think we will see either a deal that is a cornerstone investment or a deal that sells of some future rights in the EU for example.

So whatever the end game is, there will be dilution. It is a shame that a deal was not done when the SP was higher.
