Richard Cottee and BOD are all doom and gloom of company prospects so has to be sold out to JV partner Macquarie Bank, with MD and BOD support, for 20c per share, forsaking long term holders that bought in around 50c to $1.20

.... MD of Central petroleum tells share holders that GSA's not signed because "plenty of time", "cheaper transport costs later on", .. then subsequently admits on a Skype interview that GSA's not signed because company cannot prove how much gas they have, without drilling, ... and "no money to drill."

Regarding Surprise West, ... MD tells share holders "oil free flowing", Environmental report later states, ... "pump required to maintain flow".

Money raised to drill Surprise East, but no explanation or reasons given to share holders why no drilling , apart from shutting down production because of oil price.

MD consolidates share price, "to discourage day traders", etc, and SP drops from 50c to 10c.

MD reportedly tells a share holder in person, and reported on social forum, he will do all he can so that $48m of options are converted, .... didn't happen.

Hang on rav, be fair to the man. Surprise was free flowing..... for the first 130 minutes.
He couldn't drill Surprise East and fully explained that there was no available rig.... for 2 years.
I'm sure there is an equally good explanation for the helium discovery.
