Agrifos' and Tablo's combined shareholding is currently 43.7% (21% Tablo, 22.7% Baobab (Agrisfos)), so certainly a controlling interest at present and definitely, I believe, acting in concert. But if they did want to take it private, they would have to get 90% so that they could compulsorily acquire the remaining 10%.
