All that you say is true @nidrac, so it will be interesting to see who provides the debt for the plant upgrade. Remember these two private companies have kept this company afloat for the past couple of years, and in doing so, increased their respective stakes in it.
It will be interesting to see if the debt comes in the form of a convertible note provided by Agrifos and Tablo. If so, then I think my hypothesis might hold up, if not, then it is more likely that @WhichWayUp is correct!
We shall see!!
