currently in the city ur looking at upto $400k apartment..
would put 15%-20% deposit and balance would buy a nice house with a huge land sqmts
with rental imcome claim negative gearing.. and with house will have minimal interest payments...
are u planning to buy in brisbane..or u have $500K sittting with u...
