Then i would find a place to rent, nice 1 bedroom place for $300 a week. I would use the interest off the 500k to live.

simple.

i would do this untill such time that i saw the share market stabilse and form an upward trend, then i would invest into the sharemarket again, or i would sit on my hands and wait for property to slump.


i think theres no real point investing in the sharemarket right now, because no one knows if australia is going into recession.


this just might be a small blip, but what if its not, what if its the start of something horrific.

i am being negative. but we don't know.

markets may have been overbought...

sharemarkets tumble.

and property, well that should follow despite supply demand theory.
