A.I breakthroughs have been amazing past few months.
We have gone from LLM that are now called "foundation models" such as ChatGPT
We have progressed to AGI five years ahead of time... AGI is Artificial General Intelligence
There were 72 active R&D AGI projects in 2021 in 37 countries and and now it's actually a thing.
..and something amazing has happened the final progress has occured the ASI - Artificial Super Intelligence.... this is what most research expected in 20 years....but seems it's on our door step right now.
How this affects Appen is to be seen but A.I investors need to be made aware of such developments.
Frightening doesn't even begin to explain it. They are smarter and more powerful than humans.. will they put us in cages or treat us like pets like we do with cats and dogs!
