What a silly statement greenforestfairy. AJ Lucas is a large company and they use subcontractors as well as there own staff. To therefore say they are a bad company because of one incident is nonsense. Secondly, the article does not say what the incident is and whether it had any environmental impact. It may have had nothing to do with the drilling itself.

I am concerned for the environment and that is why I think gas is such a better solution than coal and the petrol we import from o/s. Yes there is a need to make sure it is safe, but that should not mean it should not progress.
