i doubt pem will make a move on cbh and even if they wanted to nothing is going to happen without toho wanting it to pem will be back on the way up as soon as the toho / cbh deal is done which wont be long people saying pem will make a bid on cbh is just wishful thinking the best thing that could happen for us shareholders is a joint venue on the hill
as for 2 cbh shares for 1 pem it simply aint going to happen they have turned down way better before why would they even consider that now
