Management isn't oozing mining experience, seems to be a lot of lawyers and accountants. Hopefully they can get the right people 'onboard' if they intend to dig holes and shift rocks.
Can't find a breakdown of shareholders which may be an issue.
However this is bottom rung stuff and there is always the possiblity that it turns into an elevator with only the basement below and many levels to the penthouse above!
