I don't see that happening....Both RIO and FMG have plenty of IO and are at full capacity....if they were going to enter into a JV they would have done so already....

I would not discount.
There are others who may be interested.
They would need Todd for Rail and Port.
So if I was interested, I would wait until Todd had full control of FMS.
So I would not enter into a JV until In had this certainty.
There are a number of Interested steel mills who want FMS Ore.
So anything can happen, so expect the unexpected.
