A J/V with BBIG and Shandong maybe but would be hard pressed to see another local party of equal or larger size come to the party. Offering rail, processing and port services to smaller operators under some form of J/V may work but that is along way down the path from where they are today.
For now, just ignore their solicitations as has been done so far.
