Yes well I have never been a fan of this management and really rather than whinge and moan I should just vote with my feet and exit but the fundamentals in this stock are just too good for me to ignore
but and it is a big but it is said
"It is FAR better to have GREAT MANAGEMENT with an AVERAGE PROJECT than AVERAGE MANAGEMENT with a GREAT PROJECT"
For me EXM has always been the latter
