So many religions choose a simple, prejudiced, vengeful God, who can create a limitless universe with its unfathomable complexity, is All-Knowing and yet this God has to be shoehorned into some tiny, fragile human belief system that excludes others, is the singular province of a Jewish religious system and rejects the science that doesn't suit it, which in a religious sense, science is the study of Creation.
The God of religion can fit into a coffee cup and yet when they wax lyrical about this God, He all of a sudden is All-Powerful, All-Knowing, etc, so long as He does what He is told.
All religion is dangerous at this point in time. That's the meaning of "the abomination of desolation." It's an age when religion has no more to offer the true seeker than the local bowls club, in fact, less than the bowls club.
