I have today joined Hot Copper to voice my opinion as Krucible's largest shareholder.

First I wish to state that as far as I am aware no director is on this forum (re Expat). I was, together with my company FWMI, have been a shareholder since almost the inception (5 Years?) With due respect to previous management I firmly believe Allan Branch is the right person to be CEO. I don't think some people realize how long it can take to turn around a business and or diversify to lessen the chance of it going down in bad times. I remember when I started my companies, the Government small business department stated that four out of five businesses will go broke in the first five years. If Allan had not negotiated to sell the phosphate when he did we would not have a company to talk about. How he and the board managed it in the middle of the GFC is remarkable. Now if we look at the current atmosphere, we are in a mining downturn. Look at iron ore, coal, etc. The prices at this point will probably send some of the small mines broke because their running costs out way the price of the commodity. So here we are in a downturn. If we find something whilst drilling who can say it will be profitable. How many years from finding it to mining and processing will it take?
Obviously, I have no more information than everyone else, but believe me I watch every KRB ASX press release intensely, re read it many times over and have done this for five years. My take is the Chemical Processing that we have been working on for at least three years is a very marketable intellectual property and that we can sell this to other Rare Earth Mining companies around the world to reduce their process costs and would guess this would mean KRB would get royalty payments through tonnage or annual fee? Even if RRE prices are low, these unique KRB processes will lift the profits of these miners. How many RRE Miners are processing, about to process , or start to process in the near future? There must be hundreds.

To conclude, the negotiations of Allan Branch allowed KRB to have nearly 12 million dollars in the bank with the stroke of a pen (no buying mining equipment, hiring staff, trying to sell product in the GFC, just some very smart background work. If we can sell these processing technologies, then again we could achieve a diverse, possibly extremely profitable arm to the company without any mining, just more hard background work and hopefully another stroke of the pen. If we find something our tenements (which we already have), then we must have a stable financial base to work from.

Today a report came out that one third of all ASX listed stocks face financial catastrophe. Not a good time to put out a third of KRB's share holders monies.. If a dividend of 5c was released I would gain considerably. However, my answer to this motion at the EGM will be 'no'. Greater monies and security will come shortly.
