    Something does not smell right.
    They are sending out confusing messages.

    Increased volume of orders hampered by technical difficulties which have now been fixed.

    BUT

    Forward revenues predicted to be little changed.

    So either it hasn't been fixed, or there is a predicted reduction in orders, or their costs are going up.

    And yes, no dividend. Shareholders are not being encouraged to support the team.
