If you check my posts over the last few months, you will see that I have been saying that things are not rosey at Commander. Many of their senior sales and technical staff are very unhappy and are actively looking to leave.

Commander will struggle to deliver their 08 forecasted result unless they can resolve their staff issues.

You will see that this issue is not mentioned once in their market update, which is why you are all confused by their market update.

Their strategy is okay, the implementation of their strategy is very poor and hence the outcome you are seeing. I do not see their staff issues being solved any time soon.
