Imagine what fun all you mortgagees will have on negative gearing and with capital gains taxes. This will take the whole market down with it.
These economic clowns are coming for your hard earned folks. They have never been able to manage anything, so they tax.
When Swan screwed the budget he looked straight for a mining tax to plug the gap. When they wanted to change the renewable push, they introduced a carbon tax. Now they want to change the property market with a tax. They dont want savers to save, so they will tax your shares. I still dont get how Labor get more than 20% of the vote even with people thinking they are going to get a free ride.
