Don't forget this had to be lodged in Marble Bar the only thing that has been highlighted here is that technology should be used in the renewal process and that an email with the appropriate code should be allowed to be sent to indicate intent to renew......Mining Act needs to modified to reflect the latest communications technology????? For those non West Australians even the locals get lost going to Marble Bar......it's somewhere west of the black stump???
