Sorry - have to disagree, sometimes the simple or logical outcome is the best.
I was in court the other day and saw a claim for $40,000 succeed because a payment on a lesser amount was a day late. Everybody in the court knew that it was an unreasonable claim but the law was the law. In the same court Tweed was sucessfukl against a non-English speaking victim - again the letter of the law applied when everyone knew it was morally wrong.
They used to allow wheel clamping here in Victoria - not anymore. CAZ is a bit like a wheel clamper - they took a punt and lost and the fact that they had to lay off with BHP and others says it all to me.
