If you have a look at Daiidhi-Sankyo Q3 FY2010 Financial Results you can see that their Cost of Sales is less than 30% of the selling price of all its products. Selling, General and administration expenditure can be quite high. However, with a product like Lani, I would expect these costs could be kept quite low if they adopted the right selling model.
