The expanded market would be great for small hitech companies bringing much opportunity for expanded investment.

For MST, quite a few oz investors have qualms about companies like this because it's about guns and war which they don't like. Singaporeans are very well aware of the need for sharp teeth given their position in Asia eg. many of their main roads are designed to be able to used for jet fighters as well as traffic. MST would likely go well in that market.
