The directors of PPP are significant shareholders in the company. I cannot and do not believe such a bad deal could have been done in Vietnam.
A brief announcement is released to the the market. The market,as per normal with these sort of announcements, reacts signifcantly downwards. It could be a rare opportunity has been created to buy at great price. My recent observations are that there have been plenty of buyers despite the recent bad news.
My left field thought is that more information is released to the market and things as quite as bad as many thought and the share price goes up.
