They have actualy got more than 3 billion shares. Its just simply maths to reduce the share number down to something you consider reasonable say 100m by doing a share restructure. But at the end of the day the business needs to be there to justify the total capitalisation value.

If that is all that is required to increase the value, i get a petition together from all the NWT shareholders to get the share number reduced.

You are right that lepoards dont change spots, but those that cant change dont survive. NWT has come through the dot com bust, that when i got into it. made a number of mistakes and now has got something tangible. Can only go up from rock bottom.
