A simple analogy. Your in a hot shower there are droplets of water forming on the walls that happen to be cooler. Condensation it’s called resulting from a chemicophysical reaction related to latent heat and the exchange occurring in the atmosphere and associated surfaces. Just imagine local surfaces as places on earth, as the analogy. The result tho is weather.
