I hold WPL and OSH but have to say that OSH has Potential which is advancing at a faster pace in both PNG and Alaska
Both companies faced severe Financial restraints with OSH urgently requiring a CR and WPL suspending its WA expansion for 1 year to preserve Capital
OSH suffered a greater Capital risk and as such had a far greater SP fall. It is reasonable to expect it to outperform WPL where the oil price can generate income to both companies as the trade off is risk and returns.
This is my opinion only though it is based on logical assumptions
