Who cares whether the case is directly against bmn or against another party? The end result if negative is the same = no license = no resource.

Yes it has been known for many months, but initially that information related to part of the license, not the whole tennament which was recently announced. That changes the game completely.

Where to start for the negative sentiment?

- margin calls

- investors trying to find safety

- the savannah issue

- funding for the capex

Whilst savannah may not be the main factor, it is right up there that is for sure. Combined with all the rest and things aren't all that rosey.
