Mate you are a spreading fear and your statements are so one sided. Coal is not going to be gone tomorrow, like the uninformed green socialist moronic press keep pressing on about. They are uninformed and it's a disgrace they can write such garbage. Coal miners are down because of the price of coal. They still have huge demand for their coal, but at lower prices for now- it's called a commodity cycle.

There are still thousands of coal fire stations globally, their are countless coal stations in Australia in all states and they have decommissioning life cycles up 2040. The number of new coal fire stations may be declining in Western worlds but not in parts of Asia and India. They still have a huge demand for coal to power themeselves for the next 20-30 years.

Renewables may not meet the quotas of energy consumption and we could very well see the world moving back to building new coal fire stations but with tighter controls around emissions.

Agree that renewables are the future, but coal still has 20-30 years and see positives for coal miners in those years ahead.
