In any case, as I live in NZ, it wouldn't be too difficult for an Aussie to prove that he is an Australian and that means that I can't be on 2 places at the same time.
That is why the Capman/Capeman/Stolwyk scenario promoted by some came adrift.
In the meantime I expect an answer on my question but I am sure I won't get one.
