These chain letters posted here on a range of issues, seem to be a familiar strategy by those wishing to spread fear. People that start these things can claim and say what they like in a way thats difficult to verify. Of course there will be disaffected people in any country but to accept chain letters that aren't verifiable as to who and as to the truth of the content is just a means of playing vested interest propaganda games.

Even if the author of the chain letter can be traced it doesn't mean the contents are a true reflection of the situation. Their may be falsities or just simply represent the opinion of that person. Of course the distributors here will have their own personal or Party agenda for doing so.
