6.I suggest the management team's salary be linked with the share price/or Net profit .(like if Wellard records a loss or the share price can’t jump over 25cents, the management team, like the chairman, CEO, CFO, manager director, meat processing manager should only receive the 70%-80% base salary. On the other hand, if the company can get over $10 million profit, the management team can receive a premium of 10%-20% as a bonus. In short, more profit means more reward, but if a shareholder feels the pain, the management team should also.)

7.Now the cattle price in Australia has down to 3 years ago,other exporter have export more than 12k cattle to China in the recent 8 months ?But Wellard send 0, What's your plan to China in future?
8.International Livestock Export(Emanuel Exports), doing the same business as Wellard. They receive 184.5M revenue, their total staff is only 8 in WA. Harmony Agriculture and Food Company only has 5 executives (2 in China and only 3 in Australia),why other companies one staff’s work is worth three of us?
9.I also suggest save every dollar we have. Before Wellard gets the profit, all executive and senior management travel must fly by economic class and stay in accommodation that is not 5 stars. First class Cabins must be forever prohibited.
Cancel the Charter Vehicle service. If need to travel by car use a Taxi / Uber or rent the car and close some offices or move the office to the cheap rent.

Ocean Swagman have finished 4 voyages (07/07Darwin -12/07Jakarta, 20/07Darwin -25/07Jakarta,04/08Darwin -08/08Jakarta) and now will be finsh another voyage to Indonesia(18/08Darwin -26/08Jakarta)
Ocean Drover just finished voyage transport more than 18K cattle to Indonesia.
In those voyages Wellard's operating from July to August,how many voyages are chartered and how many are managed by ourslef?
11.Now the WLD's shareprice is 7 cents,but the net assets per share is 17.5cents,your guys have received millions dollor from the company especially your guys income haven't affected when wellard got big lost, are any directors or executives plan to increase/buy shares at this price and show your guys are confident of Wellard's future?
12.Emanuel Exports lost their license left a $1 million hole in the live sheep market,what's your plan in the live sheep market?can we do something take over live sheep market( cooperate with them like Wellard provides a license or vessel and they provide a market and customer)
