the selling began before the matter was heard and for that matter, it seems to me before most shareholders knew there was a matter going before the court today at all
distilling events earlier today, a major shareholder was said to sell their entire holding. This prompted a series of substantial holders to sell theirs. In the course of the day, a lot of words were said and often, arguably at times with justification in the eyes of ongoing holders. Who here feels better for the fact that we only found out about court today indirectly as an ASX announcement on price?
We read in that annie the company was informed about speculative investors selling, which could be argued we all could be considered as, yet that statement went down as well as a fart in a spacesuit, considering how utterly invalidating it came across to some. Then in the judge's comments today, the judge makes a point of the alleged high handed approach of the respondent's representative...not cool
