I tend to agree with Hingdog here for a broad based definition. Self determination, accepting others ideas and practices without too much government involvement in our daily lives. The voice reeks of the big brother approach. Plenty of other ways to achieve their aims rather than impose a government funded unelected (by the majority) group of undefinable peoples. Utter rubbish and contemptible idea in my opinion.
