Ladies and Gents,

Im a little confused, I know that this has been asked many times but im still not to sure what the go is. Did the Kwanza basin onshore permits (that most have been waiting for) get deferred until the end of the year? The recent announcement wasnt actually very clear to me.

I do understand that MS may not even want the onshore permits at this point in time as the offshore are of greater potential to CVI.
