I am not sure why this would concern you. The Related Exercise Options are there to reward the directors of the company only if they have met the performance milestones - otherwise no such issuing of shares would happen. This Related Party Options need not happen if we do not vote it. This is contrary to ASX recommendations because doing so dilutes the overall shares of the company by about 5%. But again the company would have to be performing really well for this to happen
