money for any subsequent deals that are signed, and
money from the oil revenue

new schools
+
whatever else they can get us for

hope these guys break off some $ for their people, thats what its all about

anyway,
im hoping its all sorted this weekend, thought there was a chance of a press release/clarification last weekend but it obviously didnt happen..
they seem primed for aim, but you are right no progress until we get green lights and pockets filled.. cutting it very fine!!!
