The grey indicator is a fast RSI with horizontal lines at 70/30.
In this instance it was a pretty safe bet that insto's who have (AMP/HHG) booked at around $5.50 would move into to protect that level at some point.
The T/A support level at the psychological $4.22 was a logical choice.
Notwithstanding this ... analysts have variously valued AMP between $4.00 and $4.50.
The game continues with the current price factoring in a take-over premium as the rumour mill is still working overtime.
Accordingly, holders of AMP need to be vigilant as the price could just as easily stall at this level.
Cheers ... tight stops.
