Well said Petey and well thought out. A lot of the earlier posts appear to have been based more on emotion than thinking about why management might be following this road.
When opportunity knocks; if a change of previously stated strategy appears to be the best course, then change strategy. Businesses that don't change or adapt quickly when it's in their interest usually do not prosper and sometimes they go under.
