’Twas the week before Christmas and all through the bourse,
share prices weren’t stirring- it was quiet as a hearse.

Anteo had planned cap raises for fun
in the hope that an EV deal would have been done
Investors were glued to their computer screens
with visions of breakouts into the teens.

Radders had tried to drive up the price
He’d taken his bonuses - ever so nice!
To Europe he flew, with contract in hand
And hopes very high - but his head in the sand.

The “partners” weren’t signing - very depressing
He visited several to keep SH guessing.
“Now Trinseo, Wyon, Panasonic and CATL”
To Volvo, Ferrari, Mercedes he’d prattle.

He took them to lunch, he took them to dinner
But they wouldn’t sign; just his wallet got thinner!

So Christmas it came and Christmas it went
And Radders was tired; all his money was spent.
Anteo shareholders were heavily critical
Unthinking swill; how stereotypical!

So Radders and Ewen they bailed out and left
They weren’t facing the music - they weren’t very deft.
But I heard them exclaim as they boarded their flight
”Happy Christmas to All, and to All a good night!”
