a little confused, what am i missing

Hi, I am a little confused, I have been watching BLR for a little while now with an anticipation that the SP may move up higher very quickly, but, not much seems to be happening.

Their obviously must be a hold up of some sort holding this back. Looking at the projects and JORC assetts (87m pounds confirmed and another possible 30m to be confirmed) that they have and some $5m in the bank why are they not much higher?

This was before I new anything about the oil play. Seems to be a sleeper, hiding under the radar.

Can anyone shed some light on what the hold up could be?
