Maybe your investment in LYC has u a little cautious but bringing up the 2 million court case from 2007 on the week were drilling results are due has me questioning your intentions. I am well aware of the case and it did not stop the Chinese taking a sizeable chunk in TNG. I would think there due diligence in tng involved the court case and it did not stop them.
