Fortunately I have ZERO investment in LYC. However I have been following the recent development with interest. Reading comments of some people who bought substantial parcels around $2,50, which currently are about 55c.
For the Chinese the court case would not matter in a negative sense - IMO. However, - IMO - it could turn out positive if TNG would come under a fair bit of pressure if the decision goes against them.
