shimmer, you have accepted that the legal matter, which has been running for many years is still alive.
My faint recollection is that TNG in the last Annual report have again expressed hope that the matter will come to an end soon - this year?
And my faint recollection is also that quite some time ago they have indicated that - if the case goes against them - something like $5mio are at risk.
As you are aware of the matter you possibly have looked at that today and have an understanding. Maybe you could share your views.
