from the 2012 Annual:
"The Commonwealth claims that it is entitled to an amount
of $1,274,400 for the value of the Kanowna Lights NL
shares and interest thereon since early 2000, bringing the
theoretical liability to an expanded maximum of $3,400,000"

from the 2008 update:
"The Commonwealth claims that it is entitled to an amount of $2,146,687.29 representing a claim of $1,274,400 for the value of the Kanowna Lights NL shares and interest thereon since 23 October 2000."

The interest clock has been running for another 4 years.

and:
"The matter has now been adjourned, and is scheduled to recommence in late August 2008. It is currently listed for an additional five weeks of hearing then."

I don't recall ever having seen something about how long the hearings did run. If it was for 5 weeks it would be substantial - IMO.
