An example is when stock is gifted to children (which has several advantages). The stock was trading in the 20s at the time. Now it's in the 30s. Obviously it wasn't dumped on the market.

The director who quit wasnt highly involved in the operational side of the business anymore so makes no sense to stay. Hopefully he sells all his shares now while the stock is still cheap instead of at $1.

I have spoken and met with the directors several times and they are patiently building a highly successful business; they are staying in it until it's a lot more valuable than it is currently, that I can promise you.
