Hey guys, um, yeah, I was well on the program last year when we were waiting for U results if you remember. Has been very disappointing up until now because of many missed deadlines etc. Maybe the last MD was a dog?

Anyways, my point is that if these were worth billions, wouldn't they just sell the rights to someone else? If it was me, I would rather take the billions than hope MKY hit the big time....Maybe I'm missing somehting.

If MKY hits $1.00 their investment will be worth only $50 mill or so...It doesn't seem to make sense that they would let go of the tenements.

Just using the "too good to be true" approach and wondering why they would do the deal and not progress it themselves?

Any ideas? Am I missing something?
