Nbaz. Margin loans are at 8.95% or close to that. Your margin leverage will depend on the stocks you hold, will be less obviously if spec stocks, and not all are available, that is if you are thinking of margin loan.
You should be able to get personal loan much less than 20%, should be 3-4% above mortgage rate if you have good credit history.
