Be very carfull regarding taking out loans against stock like this. For instance if you took out a margin loan against these shares one bad day (could be tomorrow) could see a margin call (the bank will ask for money or sell your shares). I'm relatively heavily into this and PRR. Both relatively high risk high gain shares so its a bit of a punt. Probably even with 10K, spread it over at least 5 stocks.
Don't put all your eggs into 1 basket and def don't take out a loan against these types of shares.
