But you are saying that they should be charged! Because there are statutory defences. Which is a complete waste of time.
I'm saying the law should not be wishy washy, that there is a big onus of proof on the defendant. Nor providing excuses right left and centre, and telling ten y/o kids that it's OK to have sex with someone your own age!
