The main concerns I have are:
whilst it appear to be good technology the company is only small and does not have in depth support if the market really takes off
it appears that the popularity of this diagnosis system is dependent upon medicare being willing to pay for it. As I understand it one of IMI's competitors could not get Medicare to cover the diagnosis but is seems the IMI do have this cover. If (and I am not saying this is likely) it could have a dramatic affect of the value of the company.
I looked at the company when it was 1.4c and decided after a lot a research that it was all too risky - but then I am risk adverse and do not like more than 10% of my portfolio in speculative shares (particularly ones such as this that have shot up in recent weeks).
